We purchased a leaf some months ago from EV Rides, and even though the battery was new from manufacturer, it had a few issues. You can't always prevent every problem, so the true test of an organization is in their willingness and fortitude to solve them: Big thanks to Guillermo and his team for staying with it and taking care of us. Even though I haven't driven my new car(a 2013 Nissan leaf) much yet, I can already tell it's going to be great—but the service was truly exceptional. They did a very good job detailing the car make it nice and shiny and the mats had the plastic wrap on them everything looked and SMELLED like NEW ! They EVEN SHOWED ME The basics on HOW TO USE THE CAR BEFORE I WENT AWAY WITH IT! And they're always there to pick up the phone and or return your calls if they can't.Guillermo was more than helpful and extremely thorough, making the entire process stress-free. Amazing experience with Guillermo ! He helped me use the Oregon EV rebate for a Leaf and had me in and out in a few minutes. The car was clean, in fantastic condition, with lots of little unexpected bonus features I didn't expect, like an upgraded stereo system.  The tires were in great condition and the Leaf even had a full charge ready to go. Guillermo was so kind, positive, and helpful with explaining everything!
